My Story
I got into real estate through the back door — and it made me better at it.
Most agents meet a house on the day it goes on the market. I've been meeting them
on their worst days for years.
I run a property-services company here in Central Florida called Vacation Home Help. It started as an
airbnb cleaning service and grew into
inspections, repairs and full management — my team now looks after hundreds of homes across Orlando,
Kissimmee, Davenport and the surrounding communities. We've been in the attic when the AC quit in August.
We've handled the water heater that let go on a Sunday. We've walked homes the week after closing and
found the things the listing photos were angled to hide.
That work taught me something that changed how I approach real estate: the purchase price is
the smallest number in the conversation. What actually decides whether a home works out is the
stuff nobody puts in the listing — the HOA that's about to special-assess, the roof with four years left,
the community where rentals are quietly restricted, the block where every third house is a short-term
rental and the street never sleeps.
So I got licensed. Not to become another agent pushing you toward a closing date, but to be the person
who tells you the truth about a property before you're emotionally committed to it. I still run the
service company. That's on purpose — it's why I can tell you what a house will actually cost you to
own, and who I'd call to fix it.
If you're renting, I'll help you find something honest and get you approved. If you're buying, I'll
talk you out of the wrong house as fast as I'll talk you into the right one. If you're selling, I'll
tell you what your home is really worth and what to fix before we list it.
And if the answer is "not yet" — I'll tell you that too, and I'll still be here when it changes.
