Guest of Record
The person who booked and is contractually responsible for the stay.
Why you care
It matters the moment something goes wrong. If the booker is not there, you have a party house and no accountable adult, which is the single best predictor of damage.
Worked example
Require the guest of record to be on site for the whole stay and over 25. Write it in the house rules and enforce it at check-in.
