Pickup
How many nights you sold in a given window, usually the last seven days.
Why you care
Pickup separates “my price is wrong” from “it is early yet.” Weak pace with strong pickup is fine. Weak pace with zero pickup is a pricing problem you have this week.
Worked example
Two nights of pickup for August in a week when you normally pick up nine means cut the price now, not in three weeks.
