It is charged per stay or per guest, it is frequently not disclosed to buyers, and it turns “full resort access” in your listing into a refund conversation at the pool gate.
Worked example
$12 a head at the pool, or a per-stay transfer fee of $45–$150. Over 64 stays that is a real line item and a real review risk.
