This is the one that produces assessment letters, because platform collection agreements are per-county, change over time, and are not the same for Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com.
Worked example
Typically 5–6% in Central Florida. Airbnb may remit it in your county and VRBO may not, in the same month, for the same house.
