Lead Time
The gap between booking and check-in, from the operations side.
Why you care
Short lead time is an operational problem before it is a pricing one. A same-day booking on a house you thought was empty is how a guest arrives to an unclean property.
Worked example
Accepting bookings with under 24 hours of lead time requires a cleaner who answers the phone on a Saturday. Without one, set a 2-day advance notice in your settings.
