Same-Day Turn
Checkout and check-in on the same date.
Why you care
It is the highest-revenue and highest-risk day you run. There is no slack: a cleaner who is 90 minutes late is a guest standing in a driveway.
Worked example
Checkout 10am, check-in 4pm. That is six hours for a 4-hour clean, which works right up until the washing machine dies.
