T/A Turn & Arrival
Scheduling shorthand for a clean with a guest arriving that same day.
Why you care
It is the flag your cleaner sorts the day by. A T/A has a hard deadline; a plain turn does not, and mixing the two up is how a guest arrives early to a stripped bed.
Worked example
A cleaning schedule marked T/A = Yes means finish by 4pm, no exceptions, and confirm when done.
