Why you care
Every booking costs you one turnover regardless of length. A 2-night stay and a 7-night stay cost the same $150 to clean, which is why short stays have to price higher per night to be worth taking.
Worked example
Seven 2-night stays = 14 nights and $1,050 of cleaning. Two 7-night stays = 14 nights and $300. Same occupancy, $750 difference.
