Why you care
The turnover is the product. Guests do not review your cap rate; they review whether the sheets were clean and the coffee pods were there.
Worked example
A 3BR pool home turn is 3 to 4.5 hours and runs $125–$185 in Central Florida, before laundry and consumables.
