The amount the platform actually sends to your bank.
Why you care
Owners treat the payout as income. It is gross revenue minus the host service fee, and it still contains the cleaning fee that belongs to your cleaner and, on some bookings, tax that belongs to the county.
Worked example
A $1,200 booking with a $150 cleaning fee: guest pays $1,350 plus tax, Airbnb keeps roughly 3% host fee, you receive about $1,310 — and $150 of that is already spoken for.
